The Justice Minister says reports that someone living in south Dublin is funding terrorism abroad are being treated seriously.
Francis Fitzgerald's told the Dáil she's aware of up to 30 Irish citizens going to conflict zones since the start of the 'Arab Spring'.
She says while some were for humanitarian and family reasons, others have participated in fighting and at least three have died in the conflict.
Minister Fitzgerald says if there's any evidence of Irish people involved in funding terrorism, the Criminal Assets Bureau will 'follow the money'..
