Lucinda Creighton says we need to look at empty houses around the country when deciding where refugees coming to Ireland should stay.
The Renua leader says the Government should avoid putting people into places like Direct Provision, and added that the vast majority of refugees don't want to stay in Ireland forever, and will want to return home
Ireland agreed earlier this week to accept 4,000 refugees - although Tanaiste Joan Burton said the final figure is expected to be much higher.
