A new survey by Red C shows 60 per-cent of renters say they find it difficult to get their deposits returned from landlords.
That's according to a poll, by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, for their launch of a new ‘Guide to Security Deposits for Residential Tenancies'.
The guide, which aims to provide assistance for both tenants and landlords, looks at best practice on paying a security deposit and a checklist for it's return.
