Almost 100 homes in a north inner city complex are opening to residents as a row over rent ends.
Tenants will be able to move into Fr. Scully House next week.
This block of flats containing 99 apartments near the junction of Gardiner Street and Mountjoy Square was refurbished at a cost of 17 million euro.
However a row over rent and building costs broke out between Dublin City Council and the Catholic Housing Aid Society meaning the building was left mostly empty.
The Environment Minister Alan Kelly intervened in the dispute which lasted 7 months and an agreement was reached.
Tenants on the council hosing waiting list will begin moving into Fr. Scully House next week.
