Dublin is bracing itself for possible flooding this weekend.
An alert's been issued due to the combination of windy weather, heavy rain, and high tides.
Dublin City Council is putting pumps in place in areas like Clontarf, closing certain car parks and shutting the boardwalk along the quays.
A further risk assessment will be carried out later this morning.
