It's emerged that almost 100 million euro has been spent on the controversial Poolbeg incinerator in Dublin without a brick being laid.
The project is on the brink of being abandoned with a 96 million euro bill to the tax payer.
Its believed that the project will not be completed or that a smaller incinerator could be built on the site.
