Planning permission has been sought for the first phase of one of the largest developments in the Docklands.
If approved the project will be fast tracked under a special development scheme.
Project Wave is a commercial and residential development proposed for North Wall Quay.
It will provide in excess of 50 thousand square metres of office space and more than 250 apartments.
A team of Singapore developers have been chosen to develop the land with it being completed in 3 phases.
The first phase which is now under consideration will involve the construction of two interlinked office blocks of 7 and 9 storeys.
