The murder trial of Oscar Pistorius resumed in Pretoria today after a month break.
The athlete had undergone a month long psychiatric assessment at Weskoppies hospital.
Prosecutor Gerrie Nel says the psychiatrist's report says that Pistorius DID know right from wrong at the time of the shooting.
He did not suffer a "mental defect" that would have rendered him criminally not responsible for his actions.
Pistorius shot his model girlfriend through the bathroom door on Valentine's Day, and says he mistook her for an intruder. He denies murder.
