Builders working on a school in Lucan have downed tools in a row over pay and conditions.

Unite have placed a picket on the Kishoge Community College this morning because it says some members are earning less then the minimum wage.

Regional Organsier with Unite Rob Kelly says the construction company JJ Rhatigan is washing its hands of the issue..
