Dublin Airport says the number of passengers travelling through the airport is up 8% compared to the same period last year.
More than 770,000 passengers are expected to travel pass through the facility over Christmas.
Friday is expected to be the busiest day before Christmas with 80,000 passengers due to arrive and depart through both terminals.
Meanwhile, Friday, January 2nd is expected to be the busiest day after Christmas, with passengers heading skiing.
