More than two thousand people will take part in the Dublin IRONMAN this Sunday.
Starting off in Dun Laoghaire, the participants will swim almost two kilometres, before a 90 kilometre cycle along Dublin Bay, through the city centre and out to Dunboyne, finishing off with a half marathon in the Phoenix Park.
A number of road closures will be in place along the bike course.
Times:
- Swim - Scotsman’s Bay, Dun Laoghaire, 6.50am
- Cycle - Dun Laoghaire, 7.20am (for first swim finishers)
- Run - Phoenix Park, 9.30am (for first cycle finishers)
- Finish – first expected professional finishers from 10:45am
