Opening Date For Five Guys On George's Street Revealed

The opening date for Dublin's newest Five Guys has finally been revealed. The famous US burger chain's second Irish restaurant will open its doors on Monday May 28th.

A sign in the eatery's window on George's Street spotted by journalist Paul Hosford reads: "We're not quite ready for you! Our staff are currently in training. Please come back when we are officially open for business. This store opens to the public on 28th May."

Five Guys will be located in the building previously occupied by Dunnes Stores. 

Burger lovers were sent into a frenzy when Five Guys opened its first Irish restaurant in Dundrum Town Centre back in October 2016.

Last year, the Managing Director of Five Guys Ireland, David Malanaphy, announced plans to open more Irish eateries following the success of the franchise. 

So, only a few days to go until you can get your Five Guys fix in the city centre. Until then, we'll leave you with some delicious photos to drool over...
