The army bomb disposal team's been called in, after an old artillery shell was found on a Dublin building site.
The shell was found this morning at the site on Echlin Street, in the St James's Gate area.
The area was evacuated and the scene was declared safe a short time later.
The device has now been removed to a secure military installation for further examination.
