The old Baggot Street Hospital is being sold by the HSE with a price tag of up to 14 million euro.
It will probably be redeveloped into a hotel or upmarket apartment buildings.
One of the conditions of the sale is that a new primary care health centre needs to be built covering Dublin 4 suburbs such as Sandymount and Donnybrook.
