Up to 200 nurses and other hospital staff have held a protest outside the Dáil over the overcrowding crisis.
The demonstration coincided with a meeting of the Emergency Department Task Force - set up by the Health Minister to tackle the problem.
Entering the meeting Leo Varadkar said he understands nurses' frustration.
But General secretary of the INMO Liam Doran, who's to co-chair the group, says it's time for less talk and more action:
