It's hoped that a new multi million euro development will begin construction in Dublin's Docklands next year.
An application for planning permission has been submitted to Dublin City Council for two buildings - on Hanover Quay and Sir John Rogerson's Quay.
It's estimated that the complexes, which will be comprised of office space, apartments and some retail units, will be worth an estimated 450 million euro.
Savills Ireland, along with DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald, have been appointed as joint letting agents for the developments.
