The National Gallery's only Monet painting has been fully restored and is back on display today.
"Argenteuil Basin with a Single Sailboat" was damaged in the museum's Millennium wing.
It was damaged just over two years ago and conservationists at the Gallery have spent 18 months painstakingly restoring the 10 million euro painting.
It comes as a man is due to go on trial on November 24th for damaging the work of art.
