Dublin City Council is spending more than 1000 euro a week so that revellers don't have to spend a penny.
The council is forking out 50 thousand euro annually on portable toilets in areas such as Camden Street and Westmoreland Street.
According to the council the scheme was implemented in co--operation with gardai to stop late night drinkers from urinating on the streets.
