Michael Bublé has confirmed that his son Noah has been diagnosed with cancer.
The three year old is currently undergoing treatment in the US
In a Facebook post Michael says he and his wife have both put their careers on hold in order to devote all of their time and attention to helping Noah get well.
The type of cancer little Noah has been diagnosed with is not yet known.
