The body of a man has been discovered in the city centre.
It's understood the man's body was found by a passerby on Cows Lane in Temple Bar.
He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 9 o'clock this morning.
The body has been removed to the city morgue where a post mortem examination will take place.
A garda investigation is underway but his death is not being treated as suspicious.
