An officer at Ballyfermot Garda Station made an interesting arrest after a man with several outstanding warrants showed up to fix their heating.
The 21-year-old repair-man was recognised by an officer before he’d even started work as he sat in his car outside the station on Wednesday.
After carrying out a quick search officers also found a bag of cannabis in the man’s car and he was arrested on the spot.
The man is due back in Court at the end of this month.
