Gardai are investigating a shooting in the south inner city last night.
It happened at around a quarter to 11 at St. Vincents Street West in Inchicore.
A man in his 20s was shot in the leg.
The victim was rushed to St. James hospital where his injuries are described as not life threatening.
Gardai in Kilmainham are investigating and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
