A man is due in court this morning following an armed robbery in Tallaght.
It happened shortly after midnight yesterday morning, when staff were threatened by two people who stormed a takeaway in Old Bawn Shopping Centre with a chainsaw.
The two men fled with the cash register, and two suspects were arrested in follow up searches.
A man in his forties is due in court this morning in connection with the robbery, while a second man is also set to appear in relation to a different investigation.
