A man's due in court this morning in connection with a robbery and double assault in Clontarf.
This ordeal unfolded at around 12:30pm on Tuesday afternoon on the Malahide Road.
A man walked up the driveway of a house and attacked a man in his 70s, grabbing his car keys - a passerby was also injured after he went to help the vicitm, while the attacker fled in the car.
Gardai later raided a house on Dolmen Court in Ballymun and arrested a 25 year old suspect.
He's due to appear in court later this morning.
