A man has died after a drug trial went wrong in France.
The man became seriously ill and was pronounced brain dead on Friday, however he has passed away today.
Five others are understood to be in a serious condition - while 90 people in total had been taking part in the trial for a new painkiller.
It was made by Portuguese company Bial and was being tested at a laboratory in Rennes.
