A man is due to appear in court this morning in connection with alleged drone activity at Dublin Airport two weeks ago.

He was arrested yesterday as part of an ongoing Garda investigation.

On four occasions in the last two-and-a-half weeks, flights at Dublin Airport were temporarily grounded due to drone activity.

Thousands of passengers were affected.

Last night a man was arrested in relation to one alleged incident of drone activity on Tuesday January 24th.

He was questioned under the non-fatal offences against the person act at Dublin Airport Garda Station.

He's now been charged and is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice at half 10 this morning.
