A man's been arrested on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack on an American restaurant today.
Emanuel Lutchman is accused of intending to strike in Rochester in New York state.
The 25 year old's been charged with attempting to provide material support to Islamic State militants.
If convicted, he could be jailed for up to 20 years.
