A man in his 30’s arrested on Saturday in connection with the Kenneth O’ Brien murder was released without charge this morning.
A file will now be prepared for the DPP.
Mr O'Brien from Ballyfermot in Dublin had been shot in the head before his body was dismembered with a chainsaw.
A man in his 50’s remains in custody.
