A northside creche is being prosecuted following a Prime Time exposé which lifted the lid on the alleged mistreatment of children.
Links Creche and Montessori in Abington, Malahide has been brought to court by the Child and Family Agency on 20 summonses.
Its director Deirdre Kelly of Saint Olaves, Kinsealy is up on 4 summoneses.
The charges include allegations involving the vetting of staff - and claims that there was a failure to ensure that no practices that are disrespectful, degrading or exploitive were carried out in respect of any child.
The case will come before Dublin District Court again on November 18th
