An error has seen hundreds of M50 commuters slapped with fines for not paying tolls - even though they had paid their dues.
According to the Herald, Tolltag customers who travelled on the M50 last Saturday night and early Sunday morning received notices saying they owed six euro and ten cent.
However a systems failure is the cause of the mix up, and CEO Paul Fitzgerald has said customers will not have to pay any fines.
