Gardaí seized two loaded guns during a search of a car in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.
It happened in the Kilmore area of Coolock at around 4am.
Two men aged in their 30s were arrested after the revolver and pistol were recovered.
The search was part of ongoing investigations into organised crime gangs in the Coolock area.
