It seems the battle of the bears has been won - after Lindt saw off a legal challenge from Haribo.
The ruling means Lindt can continue to sell its chocolate bears wrapped in foil, that were introduced in 2011.
Haribo claimed these infringed on the trademark of its 'Gold Bear' sweets - and was causing confusion for customers.
Judges in Germany rejected that.
The Switzerland-based firm said it did not copy the bear from Haribo - but drew on the styling of golden bunnies, which were already among its products.
