A last ditch attempt to save the Garth Brooks concerts is underway.
Its hoped the move would see two of the gigs rescheduled on new dates.
One of the country's top mediators Kieran Mulvey is trying to persuade Aiken Promotions to make a fresh licence application for the final two concerts at later dates.
The rescheduled gigs could take place on the July 30th and 31st - the Wednesday and Thursday rather than the original Monday and Tuesday nights.
The bid would have to be fast-tracked once residents key concerns are addressed with the assurance that no concerts would take place next year.
A meeting of Dublin City Council is due to take place today and a final decision is expected tomorrow.
