Roy Keane is taking legal action against Paddy Power over a billboard at the Aviva last month for the Ireland v Scotland game.
The bookies used Keano's face in a mock up of William Wallace from Braveheart, with the caption "you may take our points, but at least we have our freedom, (ya wee pussies)."
The Republic of Ireland assistant manager claims the poster infringed his image rights and has hired one of the State's top law firms to represent him.
