The jury in the trial of a man accused of killing a father-of-five in Dublin has been discharged.
Michael Kinsella of Swiftbrook Close, Tallaght in Dublin denies murdering Adil Essalhi, whose body was found in a field in Tyrellstown in January 2011.
Ms. Justice Isobel Kennedy didn’t tell the jurors why they were being excused, but a new jury will be sworn in on Monday.
