Protesters arrested after Tanaiste Joan Burton’s car was blocked in Jobstown last year say they haven’t been told if they’re being charged or not.

Gardai have launched an investigation into how plans to charge 20 people, including Socialist TD Paul Murphy, were leaked to the media.

Keith Preston was one of the people arrested in February, he says the situation is causing alot of stress for him and his family.

"It is scary but if it comes down to it, what choice do I have. Everything I have is in this country. This is what i'm fighting for. If they want to martyr us, so be it. None of us are asking for this. All we did was set out to have a peaceful protest."

Socialist TD Paul Murphy has lodged formal complaints to the Gardai, DPP and GSOC about how the information was made public. While a Gardai investigation is also underway into the matter.
