The new leader of the Labour Party will be confirmed later today.
Joan Burton is set to win the contest, ahead of the junior health minister Alex White.
There are also four candidates for the Deputy Leadership - Sean Sherlock, Ciara Conway, Alan Kelly and Michael McCarthy.
More than 3,200 members had a vote and by yesterday over 80% of them had cast it, with more last minute ballots expected to arrive this morning before the noon deadline.
Once the new leader and deputy leader are confirmed, full focus will turn to next week's cabinet reshuffle.
