A major investigation is continuing into a fatal road crash in County Westmeath yesterday in which four members of the one extended family were killed.
A ten-year old girl and three women, aged in their late 30s and early 40s, died in the collision between a car and a jeep just north of Mullingar.
The driver of the jeep, a 50-year-old man, was treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
