It's emerged that some instructors for job training schemes were on internships themselves.
It was discovered after an audit of Job Club programmes in Dublin, Leinster and the south last July.
It showed that some of the instructors carrying out the back to work training were also on training programmes.
Job Club provide services such as CV preperation and IT skills but some of the trainers were interns from Tus and Job Bridge.
The Department of Social Protection say it will examine the issue.
