The Immigrant Council of Ireland is condemning whoever put up some racist graffiti near the Convention Centre.
Thousands of immigrants would have passed it on their way to become official Irish citizens today.
Another piece of graffiti was found on Burgh Quay near the office that deals with immigrant applications.
