The Ilac Centre is getting a facelift - worth €1.5m.
Work has started on the north inner city shopping centre and it involves a re-development of the centre's Moore Mall South area.
It's being refitted to create five new retail units by the summer.
Catering equipment store, Nisbets, will be the biggest of the new stores.
The Ilac will also get a new coffee shop, BB's Coffee & Muffins as well as a new bookshop called The Works.
The Henry Street shopping centre currently houses 85 retail and food outlets including H&M, River Island, Argos and TK Maxx.
