Protesters took the streets across town and cities around Ireland today against the introduction of water charges.
Around 500 people attended today's event on Talbot Street in Dublin
People travelled from outside of the capital to attend today's event in the capital
Similar demonstrations also took place at various locations around the country.
Deputy Paul Murphy from the Anti Austerity Alliance says today's protests show people aren't happy with the governments revised package of measures introduced earlier this month.
A similar protest will take place outside Dail Eireann on the 10th of December.
