Hundreds of motorists are ignoring the College Green restrictions that prevent private cars from driving there during rush hour.
Gardai have stepped up their presence in the area as part of a city centre clampdown.
Last week over 300 motorists were caught trying to breach the bus gate.
A fine of 60 euro is the penalty for defying the rush hour restriction which has been in place for 5 years.
