Almost half of people fear they're addicted to social media, according to a new survey.
The research by Thomas J Fudge's Remarkable Bakery also found that three out of five people believe their friendships were becoming "superficial" because of the way they stayed in touch.
But it seems we're not very good at quitting Facebook and Twitter with a third saying they've deleted their accounts, only to sign up again within a week.
