Half a million euro worth of drugs have been seized in County Kildare.
25 kilos of cannabis herb was seized after Gardaí searched two vehicles at a shopping centre close to Kildare Town shortly before half 7 yesterday evening.
Two men in their late 30s were arrested at the scene. They're being held at Naas Garda Station.
The find was part of an operation targeting the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs. Gardaí from the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau supported by the Special Crime Task Force seized the cannabis herb, which is thought to be worth €500,000.
