Drugs - thought to be worth almost half a million euro - have been found by Gardai in Ballymun, Finglas and Blanchardstown.
Cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy, prescription drugs and a large amount of cash were seized during planned searches yesterday.
Two men - aged 33 and 39 - have been arrested.
Gardai say the operation was carried out with the assistance of the local community.
Officers say drug seizures play a critical role in targeting the livelihood of criminals and reducing their ability to carry out illegal activities.
In a statement, Gardai also said "drug seizures also help protect communities from the devastating impact of drugs and the associated criminality."
