There’s growing opposition in Dun Laoghaire against plans to turn the old ferry terminal into a berth for cruise ships.
A campaign’s been launched in the town to stop the proposals before the Harbour company apply for planning permission.
Local TD and chair of the Save Our Seafront Campaign Richard Boyd Barrett says the plans will destroy a vital and historical amenity.
