The Director of Greyhound Household says that since work stoppages at the company began over three weeks ago customer service has improved and complaints are down.
The Dublin based waste management company says that while 70 of their workers strike they have deployed qualified and licenced agency staff.
SIPTU workers have been picketing the company's sites since they downed tools last month in a bitter row over a 35 percent pay cut.
