Graham Dwyer has until close of business tomorrow to lodge an appeal against his conviction for the murder of Elaine O'Hara.
The 42-year-old architect from Foxrock was sentenced to life in prison in April after a jury at the Central Criminal Court found him guilty.
It's expected that an appeal by Dwyer could focus on mobile phone evidence, his questioning in custody and the video-link evidence given by key witness Darci Day.
