A note found on an Aer Lingus plane this morning claiming a bomb was on board has been declared a hoax.
The note was found in the toilet of an Aer Lingus plane that landed in Dublin from Brussels at 11:30 this morning.
When flight crew alerted Gardai, the plane was taken to a dedicated zone while passengers were interviewed.
It was declared a hoax after the plane was searched and nothing was found.
It's the third security scare at Dublin Airport in under a day.
Last night, a bomb threat was made in one of the terminals, while Terminal 1 was evacuated this morning when a fire alarm went off.
